WoCoVA 2026: An International Success Story Born from a Collaboration Between IFES Members

25.04.2026

A clear example of international collaboration at its very best, members of the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services, Vision Ltd (Greece) and 4foreverything (Spain), joined forces to create an exceptional environment for the 9th World Congress on Vascular Access (WoCoVA).
Held from 15 to 17 April 2026 at the Valencia Conference Centre, the event brought together more than 1,330 participants from 59 countries and stood out not only for its scale, but also for its strong commitment to sustainability and quality.

For Vision Ltd, this project marked an important milestone, as it was the company’s third consecutive edition of the WoCoVA congress, following the successful events in Athens (2022) and Prague (2024). With more than three decades of experience, the company continues to demonstrate its ability to manage complex international projects with precision and consistency.
The success of this edition was further strengthened by the collaboration with 4foreverything, one of Spain’s leading experiential agencies. Its fully in-house production model, covering carpentry, printing and audiovisual services, combined with its local expertise at the Valencia Conference Centre, allowed for full control over quality and delivery timelines, a key factor for an event of this scale.
Sustainability was a central pillar of the project. As active members of the Better Stands Initiative, both companies committed to moving away from single-use structures and focusing on reusable stands, promoting best practices in terms of efficiency and sustainability. The result was an exhibition space that successfully balanced high-level design with a reduced environmental footprint, demonstrating that sustainability and excellence can go hand in hand.

Behind the project was more than a year of meticulous planning, built on trust, shared knowledge, and a strong working relationship. The combination of international experience and local expertise enabled both teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

“Managing WoCoVA for the third time, from Athens to Prague and now Valencia, has been an extraordinary journey,” said Peter Theodorides, CEO/President of Vision Ltd. “Our collaboration with 4foreverything has allowed us to maintain the highest standards while continuing to make progress in sustainability. This is, in essence, what IFES collaboration is all about.”

“Our collaboration dates back to 2019, when we first worked together on a large-scale international congress,” added David de Dios, COO of 4foreverything. “Since then, we have grown together, building a relationship of trust that makes a difference in projects like this and allows us to experience first-hand the importance of collaboration between IFES members.”

More than just a successful congress, WoCoVA 2026 became a clear example of where the events industry is heading: towards smarter, more sustainable, and more collaborative models.
And the journey continues. After Athens, Prague and Valencia, the next destination is already on the horizon: Rotterdam 2028.
